Who we are

Cirql Labs is a trading name of Cirql Technologies, Office No. 104, Nakshatra Heights, Sarasnagar, Ahilyanagar 414001, Maharashtra. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number and, if you give them, your company, email address, city, the product you are interested in and your message.
• When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp: your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, to keep the site secure and working. This website does not use cookies, advertising or third-party analytics.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss, propose and deliver the work you ask us for, and to keep the records our business is required to keep. We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: website hosting, the service that delivers enquiry emails to our inbox, our email provider and, if you message us there, WhatsApp. Some of these providers store data outside India. Each uses the information only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for up to two years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep the records of our work together for as long as the law and our agreement require.

How we protect it

The website is served only over encrypted connections, and access to enquiries is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw your consent to us contacting you at any time. Write to us at hello@cirqllabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
